Applying Permaculture Principles in Community Gardening and in Building Food Forests, and Lessons Learned
In this talk, Jesse Tack will introduce Permaculture Principles and their application in Community Gardening and in establishing Food Forest. Jesse is the current President of the Cooperative at Dawn Farm. This Cooperative has planted an 8 acre food forest in the Oak-Savanna/’Restoration Agriculture model, using the ‘STUN’ approach to grow a food based perennial ecosystem.
